Management Buy-In and Support: Ensure that there is strong support from management. This includes not just initial buy-in but ongoing support in terms of resources and policy. Monitor and Measure: Once deployed, continuously monitor the performance of your AI system. Set up metrics to measure success and areas for improvement. Stay Informed and Adapt: AI is a dynamic field. Stay informed about the latest developments and be ready to adapt your strategy as the technology and your organization's needs evolve. Use these tips and strategies to gradually expand your organization's capabilities as you gain more experience and confidence.
